"Pirates" in the Black Sea, or Russian Navy in action

The Russian patrol ship "Wasili Bykov" (project 22160) shot up a Turkish transport ship in the Black Sea and sent a boarding group to this unit by helicopter. This is an apparent violation of maritime law, as a civilian bulk ship was in global waters, where the operation of alien flags is legally very limited.
