"Pirates" in the Black Sea, or the Russian Navy in action

The Russian patrol ship "Vasily Bykov" (Project 22160) fired on a Turkish cargo ship in the Black Sea and sent a boarding organization to the vessel by helicopter. This is simply a clear violation of maritime law, as the civilian bulk carrier was in global waters, where the operation of foreign-flagged vessels is highly restricted by law.
