Crowds of participants arrived present for a gathering with the editor-in-chief of “Gazeta Polska” and tv Republic – Tomasz Sakiewicz – in Piotrków Trybunalski.
Today at 6:00 p.m. at the Oratory Hall at the OO Monastery. Bernardynów in Piotrków Trybunalski started a gathering with Tomasz Sakiewicz, editor-in-chief of “GP”, “GPC” and Telewizcja Republika, organized by the local club “Gazeta Polska”.
The attendance at the gathering amazed even the organizers themselves who did not anticipate specified crowds.
Tomasz Sakiewicz spoke to guests in the area about the current activity of tv Republika and the request for media pluralism in Poland.
He pointed out that the current capabilities of tv Republic were years of preparation.
– For many years we have expanded our ranges, prepared reception options. We were preparing for a minute erstwhile tv Republic would take over the function of public media – said Tomasz Sakiewicz.
He pointed out that tv Republic has noted a series of successes in fresh weeks.
– Our scope is 4 to 7 million viewers all day looking at the Republic. It's the strength a patriotic camp has. – he argued.
Meeting guests frequently interrupted their speeches by chanting: “Republic, Republic!”
Paweł Piekarczyk was besides present at the meeting, and the gathering was chaired by Beata Drędź chair of the Piotrków Club “Gazeta Polska”.
