On 1 September 2025 Piotrkowski Patriotic March for independency was held in Piotrków Trybunalski, commemorating the outbreak of planet War II and stressing the request to defend Poland's sovereignty in the face of modern threats. The event began at 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Słowacki and Kostromska Streets, where participants gathered with white-red flags and patriotic banners.

The march, led by Maciej Zadumiński, was held under the slogan “Piotrkowski Patriotic March for Independence”

Participants marched down Słowackiego Street towards the square Kościuszko, where at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was held the celebration of the end of the march. Flowers were folded and candles lit.
