According to the Act on organization and Statute of Poland 2050, a simple majority of votes is adequate to elect its chairman. This means that the winner of the interior election of the organization of Szymon Hołownia, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, has already been elected as its president - writes the legal advisor, Prof. Piotr Palka.
