Piotr Niemczyk goes free. Census of the RPO and ultimate Court order

The territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście and the ultimate Court suspended the execution of a replacement detention punishment against erstwhile oppositionist and deputy chief of UOP Piotr Niemczyk. Decisions were taken on Friday in consequence to a request from the defender and the cassation brought by the Ombudsman Sylwia Gregorczyk-Abram. According to the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek, German has already left the penal institution.
