One of the biggest weaknesses of the European Union present is dependence on China in the sphere of alleged critical natural materials. Mercosur countries, which have large deposits of these natural materials, can become a very crucial partner for the EU, says Piotr Buras, European policy expert, manager of the Warsaw ECFR office.
