The Management Board of the National Defence Association.pl – The Movement for Territorial Defence informs that in accordance with Article 25 of the Statute on 20.04.2024 there will be a General gathering of Members, which is the highest power in ON.pl RnROT. According to the above-mentioned item of the Statute, the General gathering of Members:
1) sets out the directions and programme of the Association,
2. elects the Management Board and the Audit Commission,
3. examine and approve the reports of the Management Board and the Audit Committee,
4) decide on discharge to the Management Board,
5. adopts amendments to the statutes of ON.pl RnROT,
6. adopts a resolution on the dissolution of the Movement and the usage of its assets,
7) consider appeals against resolutions of the Management Board.
The gathering will be held on 20 April 2024 at the first time at 10:00 and the guest of the Honorary legislature will be Mr Jarosław Margielski – president of Otwocka City. We invitation our members and sympathizers to the hall at ul. Poniatowskiego 1, 05-400 Otwock.
