Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Pieskov reported on Tuesday that Russia has quite a few uncommon earth metallic deposits and is open to cooperation with the United States in the context of their extraction. The day before, president Donald Trump said the U.S. was close to concluding an agreement with Ukraine on these metals.
