2 planes are being prepared for flight today. The first Polish pilot should take off in about 2 hours on our Polish F-35 – Air Force Inspector Gen. Ireneusz Nowak reported in Polsat News.
Gen. Ireneusz Nowak explained that a Polish pilot would sit on 1 of the planes, and in the another – an American instructor.
“The flight is carried out in the alleged pursuit formation, so the American teacher will follow the Polish plane and check the correctness of the maneuvers performed”, explained the Air Force Inspector.
The military reported that six Polish pilots are presently trained on F-35 in the United States. “Two are already entering this phase of flying,” added the gene. Nowak.
