Minister Żurek's first spectacular defeat. When's the next one?

The Regional Court College in Gdańsk gave a negative opinion on Waldemar Żurek's application to dismiss 2 presidents of the courts there. Almost unanimous. This was the answer received by the fresh Minister of Justice, who announced the cancellation of 46 people from courts throughout the country last week.
