Russian troops began utilizing a fresh kind of improvised anti-personnel mines printed in 3D technology in the Kherson region. According to the Ukrainian police, devices match the action of the infamous PFM-1 mines known as "mutilated", but are dropped from drones and do not have a self-destruct mechanism.
