What the PiS government failed to implement by law, the current government plans to pass a regulation. All indicates that nothing will halt the entry into force of the alleged reprographic fee. Despite a gigantic wave of criticism, it is expected to apply from 1 January 2026. The fresh fee is to be adopted in the form of a regulation.
