The president of the European Parliament, Robert Metsol, announced on Thursday in Brussels that if the EU summit decides to usage reparation loans for Ukraine, the EP will apply the urgency procedure and vote on it as early as January. "We full realize not only the seriousness of this decision, but besides how urgent it is," said the EP head.
