Money for the Ministry of abroad Affairs in the shadow of veto? PSL proposes a fresh task “SAFE 0%”

In consequence to the political stalemate around the EU's SAFE programme and the presidential veto, the parliamentary draft Act on Polish Defence Investment Fund was received by the Sejm. The fresh initiative is not only intended to be a pass for multi-billion-dollar purchases and modernisation for the formations under the Ministry of abroad Affairs, but it is besides – compared to the presidential task – a hard change in the architecture of supervision of funds, which almost completely gives control to the government.
