A household of 5 is dead. "They couldn't get out"

At least 9 people were killed as a consequence of the flood that hit the Odsk region in the south of Ukraine. Among the victims is simply a household of 5 - said the spokesperson of the State Service of Ukraine for Extraordinary Situations.
