"Only in the 4th fourth of this year will the concept of the formation of medical troops be ready.The General Staff of the Polish Army is involved. Recommendations will be submitted to the Minister of National Defence. The consequence we received from the MON shows that the decision to make them stems, among others, from experiences of the Ukrainian army. Medical troops are to be decently educated and trained. "The first step is the decision of the head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz to recreate the Military Medical Academy in Łódź" - the Ministry of Defence informed us. In addition to staff training, it is to organize specialist courses for soldiers, including field medics. "The Ministry of National Defence is presently working on a concept of systemic solutions for the reorganization of the Military wellness Service... and the creation of the Medical Army Component. The concept is intended to indicate detailed solutions in the short and long term, to take account of the current geopolitical situation and to be adequate to the planned management and command system" - informs MON
