This is what the Head of the General Staff of the Polish Army says about the authoritative start of the military action on Monday (23 September), pointing to the “five lines of effort” of the soldiers' actions called “Feniks”. Their main nonsubjective will be to engage and assist the army in the reconstruction of flood-stricken areas.
