PGZ active in the Jastrzębska Coal Company? Tusk: I do not exclude

On Saturday, Jastrzębska Węglowa stated that its board had adopted a resolution on starting preparations for the restructuring process. According to the JSW Communication, an agreement with the social side is to be reached by 31 January on the adjustment of wage costs to the current situation of the company, the improvement of fresh financing conditions with institutions and the improvement of possible forms of support from the State Treasury. According to the company's board, these actions will let to find further corrective or restructuring steps and the framework for the functioning of the JSW in the long term.
