PGZ acquires H. Cegielski's Poznań plant

On Thursday, September 14, this year, Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. took over 90% of shares in H. Cegielski S.A. as a consequence of the increase in the share capital of PGZ S.A. by the State Treasury. The consent for the contribution of Cegielski's assets to the Polish Armaments Group was given by Minister of State Assets Jacek Sasin.
