PGZ takes over the Poznań plant H. Cegielski

On Thursday, September 14, this year the Polish Armed Forces Group took over 90 percent of H. Cegielski S.A. shares as a consequence of the increase in the share capital of PGZ S.A by the Treasury. The Minister of State Assets, Jacek Sasin, agreed to transfer Cegielski's assets to the Polish Armed Forces Group.
