Below is the content of the petition and the social and legal arguments. We are the first to point out precisely the shortcomings of the resolution on the SCT – clear contradictions with the laws that should find the repeal of the SCT. We request a supervisory resolution and the repeal of the resolution in part – so that the old SCT should be repealed.
