Personnel turnover on the global Space Station

On September 11, the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, with the mission of putting the Soyuz MS-26 spacecraft into Earth orbit. The mission's goal is to partially rotate personnel on the global Space Station (ISS).
