Permanent US Army base in Poland: PLN 3 billion is just the beginning. 4 cities in the game

The construction of a permanent base of American troops in Poland will consume about PLN 3 billion, and another twelve or so billion zlotys will be needed for accompanying infrastructure – said General Dariusz Łukowski, erstwhile head of the National safety Bureau and manager of the Ministry of Defence.
