People are starving to death in Gaza. Israel declares "humanitarian breaks"

The Israeli army has announced a ten-hour "humanitarian pause" in its military operations in 3 areas of the Gaza Strip. The announcement came after Israel agreed to increase humanitarian aid to starving Palestinians.
