Pete Hegseth signed a memorandum setting up a fresh position Direct Reporting Portfolio manager for Unmanned Systems (DRPM-UxS). They will be managed by almost all programs of unmanned and autonomous systems throughout the U.S. Department of Defence, already called the “car of drones” or “car of autonomy” in the media.
