After the Constitutional Court's ruling, it would seem that about 200,000 elder citizens would yet be able to breathe relief. Their benefits are expected to increase by about PLN 1.2 thousand, but inactive far away. It turns out that the Social Insurance Institution inactive has no reason to pay the recipients the compensation due.
