The Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Pegasus and the Confederate MP revealed sensational information in an interview on RMF FM. The politician announced an interpelling in which he intends to ask government representatives for details on the acquisition and operation of the fresh surveillance system.
Action of the Pegasus committee
Decision of the Warsaw Court to reject the proposal of the Pegasus Parliamentary Commission concerning arrest of Zbigniew Ziobry is according to Przemysław Wipler "put a dot over ‘i’".
During his interview with Grzegorz Sroczyński, the politician stated that the justice showed “decentness and common sense” without deciding to arrest Ziobra for being a fewer minutes late.
The RMF FM writer pointed out critical opinions on the actions of the Pegasus committee. He asked what circumstantial arrangements she had made.
– We have established that there is no real judicial supervision in Poland of the requests of the services to monitor citizens," Wipler said. He besides added that regardless of who holds power, peculiar services are not curious in greater control of their activities.
“Pegasus has already returned”
The Confederate politician stressed that after the Constitutional Court ruling, which considered the commission to be an illegal body, its findings would only be publicist.
– The most crucial thing this committee can do is come up with proposals for changes to the law, so that, erstwhile Pegasus comes back, and from what I have heard and will make an interpelling in this respect, Pegasus will come back. A akin method measurement was expected to be acquired by the services after many, many months, erstwhile this tool was not and this kind of tool is to be recently, at least that's what my informants say, in use, revealed an MP in an interview with RMF FM.
