The title is simply a British saying. Ukraine's president Volodymyr Załenski somewhat rephrased this saying; "Peace must be achieved by force" - he announced at the European Political Community summit in Budapest on 7 November 2024. European politicians disagreed with him – diplomacy tried.
Putin's men didn't come up with anything but military possible to play and the right algorithm to the American TikTok was entered. So that the Americans of Donald Trump choose to be president. erstwhile this worked out, European politicians continued to effort diplomacy. And though Emmanuel Macron 
– president of France and Keira Starmer 
– Prime Minister of large Britain Trump and his people listened to the arguments of Volodymyr Załenski 
They reacted. The Ukrainians did not kill anyone this time, only erstwhile they came back from the ocean in Britain. Almost EUR 3 billion of loans from the British received, 
to proceed "peace by force" with the Russians. It seems to me that European politicians have yet something "masali” but we will compose about this in the next entry.
