Paweł Łepkowski: This is how tyrants end

Milan was the cradle of fascism, but it was besides the place of its ignominious end. It was in this city that on 23 March 1919 Benito Mussolini founded the Fasci Italiani di Combattimento, or Italian veterans' associations, the German equivalent of which were the Freikorps. And it was here that the last, most ignominious act of the large tragedy of Italy, the regulation of the fascists, took place.
