Our partners from Bydgoszcz confirmed that they do not see any anticipation of building a joint Bydgoszcz-Toruń metropolitan area. That is why we are taking action aimed at creating the Toruń Metropolis in the future – says Paweł Gulewski, the president of Toruń.
