Patrick Jaka recorded the hidden camera of TVN24 journalist, who accused the erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice of irregularities in the program "Work for Prisoners".

Recently, the “Black to White” programme paid attention to the children of the “Work for Prisoners” initiative. The program sought to show that the hall in the Karnowy Zakłady in Rzeszów was rented to an entrepreneur at a much lower price than the applicable marketplace rate.
The program “Black on White” explained that all material was based on papers from NIK.
It was Patrick Jaki's flagship program, who served as Deputy Minister of Justice liable for prisons. MEP PiS Patryk Jaka decided to answer the allegations in the material. He posted on his channel YouTube video shot with a hidden camera on which a conversation was captured with TVN24 writer Kacprem Sulowski, liable for the report.
The video shows the conversation between Jaki and Sulkowski. The MEP asks the writer why he did not mention in his material a decision of the court concerning the work programme of prisoners beneficial to the erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice. He besides wanted to know why he was not given the chance to comment on the subject raised in the report. After respective minutes of conversations, the writer left the premises due to the fact that he knew it was being recorded.
As he later stated in the video:

Unethical Methods
