The Patriots can't do that? Ukrainian intelligence reveals fresh usage of Russian rockets

Russian anti-aircraft systems have unprecedented functionality in the west - the ability to attack ground targets. Ukrainian intelligence reported that in the course of the last massive Russian Federation attack, among others, modified RM-48U rockets were used. Interestingly, these missiles are actually "retired" rockets originally designed for S-300 and S-400 systems, which usually service as anti-aircraft defence training. This time, however, they were launched on Ukraine.
