Bishop of the Diocese of Lurín called on the faithful to prepare themselves spiritually for the acceptance of the Holy Father.
The Communication stated that the Holy See had published the apostolic program of Pope Leon XIV's journey to Peru, which would take place on 11-17 November 2026. The Holy Father will visit Lima, Chiclayo, Cuzco and Pucallpa. The programme includes liturgical celebrations, meetings with state and ecclesiastical authorities and representatives of various social circles, as well as meetings with believers.
