Turnout in Sunday's parliamentary elections in Armenia reached 14.48 percent by 11 a.m., the Central Election Commission in Yerevan reported. This is the highest consequence in over 10 years. Polling stations will be open until 8 p.m. local time (6 p.m. in Poland).
