The European Parliament stood up after Ursula von der Leyen said about "an unprecedented breach of Poland and the EU airspace". EU: Full solidarity with Poland

The president of the European Commission has made Europe the main motive for her first State of the Union speech in her second term. Among another things, she referred to the “pictures from Alaska” – meetings of Donald Trump with Vladimir Putin, a red carpet developed for the Russian leader and arrangements that she thought reconciled Europe's interests.

Russia's top attacks since the start of the war

The EC chief recalled the fresh Russian attacks – the largest raid of drones and rockets on Ukraine last week since the beginning of the war, as well as village fire in the Donetsk Oblast, where over 20 civilians were killed waiting in line for retirement.
