

Pope Francis, in a telegram to US president Donald Trump, offered his condolences on the Washington Air Crash, where a passenger aircraft collided with a military helicopter. According to the service, most likely all the passengers of the plane are dead.
In a telegram published in Vatican City, the Pope wrote that he expressed spiritual intimacy with all those affected by the tragedy close Washington Airport.
‘I pray for disaster victims”
Francis added that he prayed for the victims of the catastrophe and offered his condolences to families mourning the death of their loved ones.

Yesterday night, a Bombardier CRJ-700 airliner of American Airlines, operated by the PSA airline, flying from Wichita, collided with the UH-60 Black Hawk chopper just outside the Ronald Reagan airport runway in Arlington, Washington. There were 64 people on board the passenger aircraft, including 4 crew members, while 3 soldiers were on the helicopter. According to the Pentagon, the chopper was on a regular training mission.
