State Węglokoks and Military Property Agency owned by Huta Częstochowa

On Monday, papers were signed to complete the process of building the mark ownership structure of Huta Częstochowa: 50.1 percent of shares were taken over by Węglokoks and AMW 49.9%. The plant is the only maker in Poland of tempered plates for tank construction, armored transporters and ships.
