State giant under peculiar protection. It's the minister's decision

Minister of Energy Miłosz Motyka included Jastrzębska Węglowa (JSW) in the list of entities to be covered by the fresh Support mechanics as part of the draft amendment of the Mining Act, according to a letter from the minister attached to the task published on Tuesday. According to the assumptions, JSW employees would be covered by cover provision.
