The state will pay Roman Giertych for CBA detention. There's a court ruling

The lawyer, and presently a associate of the Civic Coalition, Roman Giertych will receive PLN 35 1000 in compensation for wrongful detention - decided the Court of Appeal in Warsaw. The conviction that came on Wednesday 15 October is final.
