Baltic States will build fortifications at the border with Russia

We will form a Baltic defence line to defend the east flank of NATO," stated Latvia's Minister of defence Andris Spruds on Friday after gathering with his counterparts from Lithuania and Estonia, Arvydas Anusauskas and Hanna Pevkura.
