Donald Tusk reported on Thursday that the government is preparing a package of actions to bring fuel prices down. As he announced, within the framework of the programme referred to as CPN Package – Fuel Prices Lower The rate of VAT on fuels is planned to be reduced from 23 % to 8 % and the excise work to be reduced by 29 grosz per petrol and 28 grosz per diesel.
