You can't give our latest government change adventure a beautiful face. She's ugly as a pig. And you can't defend on any level, from any angle or perspective. Reality is obvious. Administration insolently, as the old proverb says: Who will you believe, me or your lying eyes? Only a political toad like Prime Minister Keir Starmer would answer that he needed more information to get a "full picture" before he could comment on America's actions against Venezuela's sovereign government.
I don't carry water for the Chavez/Maduro regime. I am as ambivalent to the Venezuelan government as you can be. This is due to 2 reasons: 1) I am not a Cuban-American citizen who is politically obsessed with anything that even minimally involves Cuba Castro, and 2) Maduro is theirmatter, not ours – they are to decide. The stupid charge of drug terrorism is weapons of mass demolition of this generation.
At this point, it is not entirely clear what the administration has achieved. The presidential couple was surgically evacuated from Caracas. The blockade is inactive in force, but so is the Venezuelan government led by Delcy Rodriguez, which definitely does not It's as planned. (However, I find the fresh Nobel Peace Prize winner highly satisfactory. She learned on her own what many others had learned before her. Her support in Venezuela is reportedly so minimal that she does not even scope the level of a useful marionette for Rubio.) I say in time there will be a show trial of Maduro in fresh York City, the consequence of which will be foregone; this is what we condemned the Soviets for in the bad old days. But it should not be amazing in what I heard, called our "post-constitutional" era.
I'm fascinated by the logistics of what's truly remarkable, and an absolutely effective secret attack. From what I can tell, these forces have never straight clashed with the Venezuelan army. Maduro relied on 22 Cuban bodyguards and safety guards, both operating outside military channels. The U.S. had an army of secret CIA agents and agents in Caracas, all trained in the art of engineering protests, demonstrations, colored revolutions and government changes. These spies managed to bribe his security.. The commandos stormed the area while safety stayed away, killing 22 Cubans and evacuating Maduros. The Russians were on their way, but they arrived just after the mission was completed. erstwhile they found out who was bribed, for all I know, he was executed.
And here it is. There's no request to include Lee Greenwood here. I late read an accusation to individual that "he is against everything that this country stands for." That's surely a very dense statement. What's going on? Is our country inactive standing? 1 thing is certain – we are in favour of changing the regime. Dr. Lindsey O'Rourke's book "Covert government Change: America's Secret Cold War" papers 70 specified government changes between 1947 and 1989 year (excellent interview Here.).
Dr Jeffrey Sachs claims that this number is presently precisely 100, which is refers to as addiction, overthrowing countries to the right and left erstwhile we want something they have: Iraq in 2003, Libya in 2011, Syria in 2011-2025, Ukraine in 2014-present etc.
As frequently happens, Dr. Sachs late spoke to the UN safety Council, this time commenting on the situation in Venezuela. A fewer comments:
The UN Charter is based on Article 2, Section 4, which guarantees the sovereignty of states.
The task of the safety Council is not to measure Maduro's ability as a leader, but to effort to supply any protection to the countries.
Sachs then presented to the safety Council a brief outline of the fresh past of the U.S. and Venezuela, recalling that the US had attempted to overthrow the Chavez/Maduro government since 2002.
In 2007, Venezuela suffered a large tragedy erstwhile it was discovered that they were on the world's largest oil reserves.
In 2014, the CIA/NGO colour revolution was attempted.
In 2015, Obama imposed sanctions on Venezuela.
In 2016, as ordered, he declared the country "a threat to our national security".
In 2017, the DJT wondered loudly before 2 Latin American presidents, why he could not just enter and conquer Venezuela.
He was informed of the danger, so he tightened sanctions to crush Venezuelan oil industry. Production decreased by 75% by 2020 and individual GDP in Venezuela collapsed by 65%, according to the IMF.
And about the same time his administration announced that real The president of Venezuela is previously unknown Juan Guido. Many of our European vassal states have acted humbly; in fact, it is echoed in Macro's response.
He then asked the safety Council, "Do we have global law or anarchy? "
The answer to the last question is rather obvious. Six countries have been threatened since the Venezuelan attack: Mexico, Colombia, Denmark, Nigeria, Cuba and Iran. As a large advocate for the United Nations, Dr. Sachs says she's not dead, but is connected to life support. Any commitment to global law is surely not from us. In fact, we are rushing back to the planet of politics of large powers and spheres of influence, with everything that this means in the context of war and aggression. Dr. Sachs describes the situation as dramatic, given the atomic era we're all asleep about: being led by "a completely impulsive, uncontrollable, uninformed, manipulative and manipulative man at the summit of the Deep State. "Dr. Sachs has in comments fearless nature. May it last many years.
I was in South America erstwhile we attacked Venezuela. I saw coverage on news channels in Asunción, and I briefly talked about it with respective Paraguayans. They shook their arms with resignation and fundamentally said that erstwhile America wants something, what can be done? possibly someday. someone He'll do something. But in the meantime, I drew from my memory the Spanish phrase: lo siento.
* * Oh, * *
Who can buy a government that cheap?Change the locker without squealing?
... Who can have specified a good budget?Who's gonna be the 51st state?
