The Presidential Palace demands from the marshal The Wizard clarifications on 5 essential issues. First, I want to find out, when candidacy was specifically submitted to the individual vacant positions of the Constitutional Court judges.

An additional issue is the reasons for the deviation from the Constitution principles of individuality of judges Constitutional Court. Another issue - according to Bogacki, requiring clarification - is what was the justification for the withdrawal of the regulation resulting from regulation 30(3)(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Sejm, which refers to the time limits for the submission of applications for appointment of persons to circumstantial state posts. According to the President's Chancellery chief, "the government and parliamentary majority, for over a year and 3 months after the first vacancy was created, did not lead to the election of the Constitutional Court judges, even though there were no obstacles."

"Mr president finds no answer another than the government's paralyzing and coalition's ruling activities of the Constitutional Court and the deliberate demolition of this constitutional body. If there are also motives justifying specified a procedure, I asked to present them" - wrote Bogucki.

The 5th question already relates to why "although the rapporteur did not present all the candidates to the talker of the Sejm ordered a vote".

As Mr Bogucki stressed, the reservations "in peculiar concern" infringement of Article 194(1) of the Constitution in conjunction with Article 30(3)(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Sejm by failing to comply with the deadline for the submission of applications and by failing to present the standards of procedural reliability to the Members of 1 of the proposed candidates. Bogacki added that "depending on the explanation of these essential issues, the president will take further action on this matter."

A dispute over TK judges. There's a letter to Marshal Black.

The letter was addressed to Czarzasty after Bogacki had previously announced, who on Friday judged that "there are far-reaching doubts and reservations about the way the Sejm operates erstwhile it comes to the selection of members". He then declared that he would address the talker of the Sejm with questions on how to choose fresh judges.

Bogacki then indicated that no deadlines for submitting candidates and "the time limit between the service of papers relating to the candidacy and the holding of voting". As he estimated, "the standards of procedural reliability have besides been breached by not presenting 1 of the applications submitted to the Members"as regards the rejection by vote of a candidate proposed by the Law and Justice.

The Sejm voted on Friday over six judges of the Constitutional Court. Magdalena Bentkowska, Marcin Dziurda, Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, Krystian Markiewicz, Dariusz Szostek and Maciej Taborowski were chosen. 2 candidatures submitted by the Law and Justice were rejected.

On Tuesday, the TK decided to ask Karol Nawrocki for an opinion on the election and vows of fresh TK judges. The deadline for presenting the position of president of the TK was set for April 17. The proceeding at which the judges were to measure the constitutionality of the rules on the selection of the judges of the Court was postponed without a time limit.

President Bogdan Święczkowski, who was besides the president of the ruling panel on Tuesday's trial, explained at the time, "one of the allegations of the motion concerns the prerogative or competence of the president to take a vow, and so the president should take a position here at least". Among another things, he added, it is the question of asking the president to take the position that is the reason for postponement of the trial without a deadline.
