The head of Polish diplomacy responded in a non-graduate way to the entry of the Prime Minister of Hungary. Under Viktor Orban's assessment of the EU summit, he included a consequence with the graphic of the Order of Lenin, the highest russian state honour. Is this the level of Polish diplomacy we have today?
