Statement on Museum “Memory and Identity”

The Academic Civic Club of president Lech Kaczyński in Poznań powerfully supports the message of the Radio Support squad Maryja of 18 November on the Museum of Memory and Identity. The Museum is to paper the Polish tradition and past and the achievements of the most prominent Pole – a man who led to historical changes in our past and influenced the destiny of the world.

The ongoing attempts to prevent completion and even liquidation of the Museum are incompatible with the Polish state and rise our strong opposition. They question what Poland has to offer the planet the most valuable: universal values grown on the thousand-year past and tradition of Christianity in Poland and the achievements of Pope Pole.

We call on all Polish patriotic communities to defend this Museum. We full support his initiator and creator Fr Tadeusz Rydzyk.
