The head of government stated that it was "sabotage aimed at State security". The typical of the Presidential Palace explained that Nawrocki does not block the nomination, but expects a gathering with the heads of service before their approval.
Minister of peculiar Services coordinator Tomasz Siemoniak informed on Tuesday that a letter was sent to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister to mention the application for appointment to the first officer of the future officers of the interior safety Agency. Siemoniak, as he himself stated, considered this to be the “final answer” of the Palace.
Karol Nawrocki's decision was powerfully commented on on social media by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, stating that it is "sabotaging the safety of the state".
"The president stubbornly refuses to sign applications for young peculiar services officers for the first (!) rank of officer and distinctions for heroes fighting abroad diversion. This is not just an effort to take over the powers of the government. It's sabotage against national security!“ The head of government wrote on page X.

The president will approve the nominations after talking to the heads of peculiar services
What does the president's environment say? In an interview with Polsat News, spokesperson for Karol Nawrocki Rafał Leśkiewicz assured that the president is not blocking the nomination, and his decision is connected with preventing him from gathering with the heads of peculiar services.
“President Karol Nawrocki does not block the appointment for the first post in peculiar services... We sent these motions back without consideration because, as the president said earlier, the president is waiting to meet with the heads of peculiar services.“The President’s spokesperson said.
"Therefore, the heads of peculiar services should come to the President's office and meet with the President, due to the fact that it was about these appointments for the first officer's degree that the president wanted to talk to the heads of service," said Leśkiewicz.
The President's spokesperson pointed out that the decision is not "negative" due to the fact that in connection with the nominations Karol Nawrocki has not yet decided anything.
"We cannot talk about the President's negative decision, due to the fact that there is no specified decision. There is no decision at the minute by the President, due to the fact that the president first wants to meet with the Heads of peculiar Services, talk about these concrete nomination proposals and then these decisions will be" – explained Rafał Leśkiewicz.
