Tuesday (26.09.2023) The Warsaw territory Court yet decided that Robert Bąkiewicz is not president of the independency March Association, a 6 members of the board of directors of the association and Krzysztof Bosak and Robert Winnicki were not expelled.. On Twitter, the fresh president of the association, Bartosz Malewski, informed about the case.
Yesterday Robert Bąkiewicz lost his appeal. @StowMarchN. The Court so confirmed that:
-R. Bąkiewicz has not been president since 19.02.2023
- The General Assembly of Members was held correctly

Malewski besides reported that Robert Bąkiewicz and Tomasz Kalinowski ignore the calls of the association authorities to release his assets. – Bąkiewicz left the March of independency Association in a dire financial state.
