Accused in the RARS case goes free: "Great prosecution failure"

The territory Court in Warsaw did not extend the detention of Paul K., detained in an investigation concerning alleged irregularities in the Government strategical Reserve Agency. The court felt that there was no fear of harassment, so on Monday the man would be released.
