The organizer of the “Volyński march” went to jail! We're giving you details. There's a plea for pardon

November 21, 2023, Andrzej Łukawski, organizer of “Volyński march” in Warsaw he was detained by the police and jailed to service the conviction of 7 months imprisonment. This is the consequence of an application made by the Ukrainian Union in Poland!

When another media slept and underestimated the serious substance of Andrzej Łukawski as the first in Poland I described in item on the portal w Prawo.pl (HERE). Fortunately, the publication of the text stimulated the conscience of editors of respective websites and the case was described on the basis of my article. Since I have already described the substance and you have access to it, I will describe it in a telegraph summary.

“Bandersins”

In 2021, Andrzej Łukawski was sentenced to 7 months of imprisonment in suspension for 3 years. He was convicted of online entries, among another things for stating “there will be a stick on the flag face” and the word “baddersysyn”. ZUwP and yet the court, condemning Mr.Andrei, considered that the harsh criticism of the adherents of the criminal ideology of the bander is identical to the humiliation of Ukrainians. In short, a protective umbrella over the flagism was extended and the Ukrainians were all identified with this ideology. In addition to prison detention court ordered a man tofailure to print online abusive and discriminatory statements on grounds of national and cultural affiliation; and reading a book by Witold Szabłowski entitled “The large Traitors. Neighbors from Volyn”. This. book about Ukrainians who, according to the author of the publication, were to aid Poles during the Volyn massacre.

“Invaders”

After 2 attempts, ZUwP managed to suspend the conviction of Andrzej Łukawski. His decision was based on the application of the ZUwP, which indicated that Andrzej Łukawski inactive “belows” Ukrainians, due to the fact that he published an entry about “banderization” and “invaders”. – Especially utilized by the sentenced word “recipient” in the opinion of the territory Court is simply a pejorative nature, which reconciles people fleeing Ukraine in connection with the ongoing armed conflict on its territory – we read in the message of reasons of the SO. According to the court, the additional argument in favour of suspending the conviction was that Andrzej Łukawski did not read the book on “good Ukrainians”. The justice disregarded the fact that Andrzej Łukawski is oncologically treated and is elderly. The conviction has been suspended.

“Bransoleta”

At the end of October 2023, after the court's order to service 7 months of imprisonment had passed, Andrzej Łukawski applied for “electronic supervision”, in more colloquial language he applied for “branchet”.
– The punishment in the electronic surveillance strategy is that the convicted individual is obliged to stay in an flat determined by the court as a place of execution, and may leave them only for strictly specified hours laid down in the court order, and for a strictly defined purpose, for example, in the performance of work. The behaviour of the convicted individual shall be controlled indirectly by the probationary officer and straight by peculiar electronic devices. For this purpose, a transmitter is placed on the hand or leg of the individual performing the punishment (reminiscent of the appearance of the watch on the belt), and a peculiar monitoring device, or receiver, is placed at the place of the penalty. If the receiver is not receiving the signal from the transmitter, it means that the individual holding the punishment has gone beyond the receiver's reach, which means that she has left the apartment – read on the site of the territory Court of Steel Wola.

The court is required to examine specified a request within 30 days of the date of submission. It was adequate to wait another week and the court would most likely have had time to consider this positive, due to the fact that there are no contra-indications of formal and legal nature and, according to my knowledge, of a method nature to apply specified supervision. No wait.

Application for a pardon

On 21 November 2023, Andrzej Łukawski was to attend a press conference in a seismic building in Wiejska. The conference was organized by the Confederation of the Crown of Poland, including Grzegorz Braun and prof. Andrzej Zapalowski. The man didn't make it to the meeting. Arrested by the police, he was transported to the Bureau of Investigation. He will most likely be sent back to the crime scene in a fewer days, where he will be waiting for a pending request for a “branchelet”.

But it's not over. On 22 November 2023, Grzegorz Braun spoke on the case of Andrzej Łukawski from the parliament speaker, who informed that he and another Members was submitting a request to the president of Poland to pardon the border activist. Braun called on Members to sign the proposal. Grzegorz Braun, Andrzej Zapalowski, Roman Fritz, Włodzimierz Skalik, Witold Tumanowicz (five from the Confederacy), Tadeusz Samborski (Polish People's organization – 3rd Road).
