Ordo Iuris: Karol Nawrocki president of the Republic of Poland. We were sworn in!

Ladies and gentlemen,
On Wednesday, Dr. Karol Nawrocki was solemnly sworn in as president of the Republic of Poland and assumed the authority over the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.
Despite serious concerns arising from the treatment of the extremist faction of the government coalition, there was no disruption of these ceremonies. To settle those who encouraged the Marshal of the Sejm (as he himself admitted) to the coup—the time will come.
Now we focus on a fresh beginning that brings large hope.
Representatives of the Ordo Iuris Institute – at the peculiar invitation of the President's Chancellery – participated in subsequent steps of the swearing-in. Our experts were present both in the Sejm and in the Holy Mass at the Archaeister of St. John and at the moving ceremony of taking over the authority of the Armed Forces.
During these days, friends from Hungary and the USA were invited to the fresh office of Ordo Iuris, who came especially to Warsaw for the inauguration. These were lofty moments, pouring hope that our Homeland had a chance to turn back from the unfavorable course to which it was introduced by the current left-liberal government.
I am sharing this information with you today, due to the fact that I profoundly hope that the motion of president Nawrocki, thanks to whom we together celebrated the beginning of his office, is the announcement of fruitful cooperation.
I assure you that the experts of the Ordo Iuris Institute and the Centre of Life and household will courageously support and inspire the fresh presidential administration, so that the great, binding hopes of it will not be disappointed in specified areas of engagement as the defence of life, family, faith, freedom and sovereignty of our Homeland.
President Duda began his first word of office with the blocking of the law in 2015, facilitating a "sex change", and ended with a referral to the Constitutional Court of the bill hitting parental rights, which allowed 13-year-olds to visit psychologists without parental consent. In both these cases, he based his assessments on analyses provided by Ordo Iuris experts.
Meanwhile, he made many another decisions for which we can be grateful. It was besides thanks to our commitment that president Duda did not sign the Censorial Act on "Speak of Hate" or pardoned 24-year-old Marika, who had previously been sentenced to 3 years imprisonment for an unsuccessful effort to pluck a linen bag in the colours of the LGBT flag of value... 15 zł.
For 10 years, however, Andrzej Duda's presidency besides lacked very serious crises, and the trust and enthusiasm with which many fellow countrymen welcomed him taking office in 2015, over time they were exposed to very serious trials. It was the President's Chancellery that came up with a bill that could reconstruct the killing of unborn sick children. It was the President's Office that blocked the fundamental improvement of the judiciary and kept quiet erstwhile Poland was introduced into the Green Deal. It is yet the signature of Andrzej Duda on the bill passing PLN 500 million on in vitro procedures, which was expressly accepted by Donald Tusk's coalition with support of a tiny faction of 23 PiS MPs led by Mateusz Morawiecki.

I feel large satisfaction that as a community of Ordo Iuris we could put our brick to the defeat of the left-wing camp by means of a brochure and the run "Byle not Trzaskowski" revealing the actual views of Rafał Trzaskowski and his background, for which the staff of candidate KO threatened to study to the prosecutor. Thanks to the support and commitment of our Friends and Donors, the run reached over 1 million conservative voters, playing an crucial function in their choice made during the 2nd round.
However, Donald Tusk's government does not brake. While Karol Nawrocki's oath is inactive being celebrated in Warsaw, the government is preparing to deepen its attack on the courts and independent National Judiciary Council. However, it is only the tip of the iceberg plans of the Coalition on December 13.
In the coming months, we must defend:
- the right to life of unborn children – in which the draft laws of the governing coalition and the pro-abortion guidelines of the Ministry of wellness agree
- matrimony and household – which is hit by the bill on "partner unions" submitted in the Sejm
- the innocence of our children – threatened by vulgar sexual education introduced to Polish schools by Minister Barbara Nowacka under the pretext of "health education"
- school and education – by saving patriotic curriculum and good education from revolution imposed under the dictatorship of global patterns
- freedom of speech – which will be destroyed by the introduction of ideological censorship implemented by the left under the pretext of fighting “the speech of hatred”
- freedom of religion – in which the announcement of "piling Catholics out of privileges" (including illegal, contrary to the Constitution and concordat elimination of spiritual lessons from schools) is given
- Polish borders and interior safety – which weakens the harmful migration policy modelled on the policies of Western European states, which present have immense problems with migrant crime
- the regulation of law and the independency of the judiciary – which the rulers effort to submit to themselves
- the sovereignty of our Homeland - which will end the improvement of the European Union in the spirit of centralisation and strengthening the competences of Brussels at the expense of national governments
As early as September, the president will be able to launch a new, bold policy of defending values by speaking at the UN. In fresh days I have already received a number of questions about the attitude of the fresh president from our friends in the US or Argentina. The leaders of these countries had the strength to challenge the globalists in the UN. And it is in the UN cabinets that a large part of the threats to the family, education and life of the 21st century are forge.
In all these matters, the function of the president is crucial, due to the fact that the head of state plays a crucial function in abroad policy and can hold any bill that strikes the foundations of the Polish Constitution.
In addition to defending the Homeland against the neo-Marxist revolution of the liberal left, we must besides go to counterattack. That is why we prepared the study “Poland. Reactivation” in which we established a program of thorough repair of the Polish State in 10 key areas. It shows that the efficient, just and effective Polish State must be a sovereign and independent state, act in accordance with the rule of subsidiarity – without unnecessary bureaucracy – and respect the fundamental principles of Christian civilization – the right to life from conception to natural death, the autonomy of household life, freedom of conscience, property and freedom of speech.
I am pleased that the President's first announcements concern 1 of the points of our study – it is simply a return to the improvement of the task of the Central Communication Port. Let us besides hope that there are strong moves in the politics of the head of state to defend life and family.
It depends on our determination and commitment what Poland will look like in the close future. We, for our part, assure you that we will do our best to defend the fundamental values of our civilisation and to usage favorable circumstances to implement this ambitious programme of reconstruction of the Republic.
