Ordo Iuris has been ordered to leave the premises

The president of the Institute for Legal Culture Ordo Iurius patron Jerzy Kwaśniewski reported that the organisation received a letter ordering the leaving of the building “PAST”. The real property management Foundation of the Polish Underground State provided this message on 1 August, on the anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising.

Yesterday I received a letter calling for the Ordo Iuris Institute to “leave the PAST building immediately”. On the anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising, which manages this historical place, the Foundation of the Polish Underground State decided illegally, contrary to the agreements concluded, to remove us due to the care of “our image besides through appropriate recruitment of tenants” - president of Ordo Iuris mec. President Kwasniewski points out that the Foundation's action is illegal. It besides stresses that the Institute has managed to repair and adapt the office space thanks to the assistance of donors. Ordo Iuris asked the sympathizers to support us in the further conflict "to defend our law and to enforce our agreements."

Interestingly, Ordo Iuris had already stood up for an organization that was besides abruptly to be removed from the PAST building.

As Ordo Iuris points out, actions on the part of the Foundation may have the character of political struggle, given the individual of president Jack Taylor associated in the past with the Liberal Union of Freedom, 1 of the predecessors of the Civic Platform:
